FSM Associate Program

The Associate Program is intended for recent college graduates and young professionals who are interested in pursuing a career within the sports and entertainment industry. Specific roles within the program are below.

SPONSORSHIP SALES

Department Overview:
The FSM Sponsorship Sales team is responsible for generating revenue by developing and selling sponsorship platforms, working across the portfolio of FSM properties including: the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool FC, NESN, Roush Fenway Racing, Boston College, LeBron James, and MLB.com.

Role Responsibilities:
Associates will be expected to develop the same skills and responsibilities as the rest of the Sponsorship Sales team, including:

SPECIAL EVENTS

Department Overview:
The FSM Special Events team is responsible for prospecting, securing, planning and executing large scale, non-Red Sox events. Past events have included Frozen Fenway, Notre Dame’s Shamrock Series, the Fenway Gridiron Series, the AIG Fenway Hurling Classic & Irish Festival and several Movie Nights.

CONSULTING

Department Overview:
The FSM Consulting team is responsible for the creation of sponsorship strategies and activation platforms as well as the evaluation and execution of partnership opportunities, working on behalf of blue chip brands such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dunkin’ Brands, Steward Health Care, Sunovion, and Santander Bank. They are also charged with actively seeking new clients and developing proposals in an effort to generate new business.

EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Department Overview:
The FSM Events & Experiences team is responsible for conceptualizing, managing and executing premiere events and activations for prominent brands and teams as well as operating various premium experiences for fans and companies. These events include MLB Fan Travel Programs, the Red Sox Fantasy Camps, Red Sox Summer Camps, Jet Blue Swing for Good, and the Red Sox Foundation Golf Tournament.
